Geroite was born out of frustration — and a simple question: "Why isn't there software that actually understands how we work?"
We run a small manufacturing company specializing in customized products. Like many makers and artisans, we started selling on platforms like Etsy and quickly expanded to multiple channels. As orders grew, so did the chaos.
We tried the popular e-commerce solutions. They all promised to streamline our operations. But we quickly discovered a painful truth: none of them were built for businesses like ours.
These platforms excel at managing standard products with fixed SKUs and simple fulfillment. But when every order is unique — with custom engravings, personalized text, specific sizes, or made-to-order configurations — they fall short. Customization attributes get buried. Production workflows don't exist. And you end up building workarounds on top of workarounds.
So we built Geroite — a platform designed from the ground up for businesses that create personalized, customized, and made-to-order products. We use it ourselves every day, and every feature solves a real problem we've faced.
